Southern Region Water Board is the biggest water service provider in the Southern part of Malawi. Founded in 1998 SRWB operates under the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation and serves a growing customer base of around 54,400 customers.
We are wholly owned by the Government of Malawi under the Water Works Act (Cap 72:01 of the Laws of Malawi). Our customers consist of individual households, institutions, commercial entities and communal water points.
